Virtual Attendance Equivalency

The attendance policy herein is equally applicable to both online and offline learners, ensuring a consistent approach to educational engagement across all modalities. Trainees are mandated to participate in classes, whether virtually synchronized or physically present, according to the specified times displayed on the platform's calendar and as notified on their devices. The platform is equipped with the necessary technical mechanisms to facilitate trainees' participation in virtual classes, alongside other attendance prerequisites.

A trainee is considered to have attended a session if he/she is present for 75% or more of the allocated class time. It is important to note that certain classes may impose specific attendance requirements, which may include, but are not limited to, active participation, responding to interactive questions, and the completion of quizzes or exams. Failure to meet these specified requirements will result in the trainee being marked absent.

In instances where a trainee's absence is due to a valid excuse, such as sickness, an accident, or the death of a relative, the trainee is obligated to submit evidence to the training department at SPSC via email at cs@spsc.gov.sa. This documentation is necessary to validate the reason for absence and to consider any potential accommodations.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate, restrict, or block access to the platform without prior notice for any reason deemed appropriate, including but not limited to, non-compliance with the Terms of Use or any behavior considered, at our discretion, to be unlawful or harmful to others. In the event of such termination, the individual in question will no longer have authorization to access the platform. This policy is designed to maintain a respectful, lawful, and safe learning environment for all participants, ensuring the integrity and quality of the educational experience provided.
